Arthur Minasyan is a medical doctor by education and is a journalist by profession. He is the president of Bekum NGO. Since 2013 Arthur is the co-founder and chief editor of lgbtnews.am online media platform. He is currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is bilingual in Armenian and Russian.
